We offer refunds on items shipped directly from our studio if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase date. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid for the item only. Item must be received back in original condition. It is recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us. Lori McKinnon Art is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. All monitors display colors differently and we strive to show colors exactly as they appear to us, however, they can vary from monitor to monitor.
